SET UP A MEETING
Your labor law defense in Switzerland

Are you facing a potentially unfair dismissal, wage dispute or harassment in the workplace? In Switzerland, proceedings usually begin with a conciliation authority (CPC), then, if necessary, before the competent cantonal court. I can help you defend your rights, negotiate a settlement and put a figure on your claims.

How can I help you?

Step 1
Appointments
Have an initial analysis of your problem and provide the first elements of a response.
Step 2
Consultation
We'll define the strategy best suited to your situation, always favoring the least time-consuming and costly solution.
Step 3
Follow-up
In the event of legal proceedings, I defend your interests rigorously, ensuring solid drafting and effective assistance in proceedings.
WHEN DO YOU NEED LEGAL SUPPORT?

Wrongful dismissal: contesting dismissal, respecting deadlines and legal protections (illness, pregnancy).

Overtime/salary: Claims for salaries, bonuses, 13th and overtime as per CO.

Employment certificate: Require a certificate that complies with the CO (art. 330a) and correct inaccurate content.

CLA and internal regulations: Correct application of collective agreements and practices.

Our first tips

Keep your emails, time sheets and certificates; make a note of leave deadlines.
Ask for a valid work certificate and check its contents.
Before signing, seek advice; CPC conciliation is often mandatory.
